Paul is the author of Musicians and the Law in Canada and co-author of Artists' Contracts: Agreements for Visual and Media Artists (CARFAC Ontario). He is a co-founder of ALAS (Artist Legal Advice Services), Canada's first summary advice legal service which offer free legal advice for artists of all disciplines, and is an instructor at Metalworks Institute of Sound and Music Production.
