Music Books Plus is a distribution service operated by NWC who has been providing information services to the Music Industry for the past 36 years.

What payment methods does Music Books Plus accept?
We accept payment by Paypal, check, money order, Visa, American Express, Discover or Mastercard. Phone and FAX orders are by credit card only. Please make checks and money orders payable to: Music Books Plus. We also accept electronic payment through phone banking, PC banking or Internet banking.

Does the Music Books Plus website offer secure ordering?
Yes. All orders placed using our shopping cart are encrypted and delivered to us by our secure server so that your credit card information and personal details are completely safe. We do not make customer information available to other companies or individuals and never send unsolicited e-mail to our client list.

Does Music Books Plus offer any guarantees when I place an order?
Yes. All of our products come with a 30 day money back guarantee. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply call our Customer Service department (800-265-8481) for a Return Authorization and you will be given a full refund of the original purchase price of the item, excluding shipping charges, upon our receipt of the returned item. You must return the item at your own expense, including original packaging if applicable in order to receive your refund.

Can I see any of the products before ordering?

Do you still have printed catalogs available?
No. Due to our rapidly expanding inventory of products we do not offer a printed catalog of products. Check out our New Products page, it is updated regularly with great titles.

Do you have information about authors who write the books you carry?
Yes. Visit our Authors Corner and view the biographies on the Music Books Plus authors and links to their books.

Do you have a Gifts section?
Yes. We have a Gift Suggestions section online. This section contains a variety of titles for music lovers, musicians and audio & lighting professionals.

Do you have Gift Certificates?
Yes. Gift Certificates are available and are good for any purchase from Music Books Plus. You can send them via email, apply a theme and set any gift amount you want. Click here for more information.

Does Music Books Plus offer dealer discounts?
Yes. We do offer dealer discounts. Upon credit approval, you will be invoiced on a net 30 day basis. Your first order must be prepaid and a customer account number will be assigned at that time.
No minimums required. Discounts vary from 20% to 40% off retail price.

How do I get Music Books Plus to carry my product?
If you would like us to carry your product contact Maureen Jack at mjack@nor.com. We will require complete product descriptions, copyright dates, # of pages, pricing, contact & Web Site information. Upon review and approval, you will be contacted to set up a publisher account.

No Problem. The best way to start on our site is to search our site using our easy search function, browsing our catalog - all sections are catagorized and easy to navigate through, or sign up for our free e-newsletter and be informed once a month about new titles, monthly specials and more.
