Description:
Do you record bands in your home studio with Pro Tools?
Ever wondered how aspiring artists get their garage recorded songs ready to pitch to a producer, publishing company or record label?
Do you ever record a drummer that could use a little help with his timing, or a vocalist that would benefit from tweaking their pitch?
Do you have trouble getting your layers of guitars to fit in the mix, or finding just the right sense of space for your bass?
Then experience this 5-hour hands-on walk through the fast-paced editing and mixing toolset of award winning engineer Kevin Ward. You’ll learn his super-fast techniques for bringing your homestudio tracks to the next level in record time!
Ready to Pitch shows you the real ins and outs of editing and mixing rock drums, bass, guitar, loops and vocals with Beat Detective, Waves, Melodyne, Ozone and more!
Create new song intros & outros that add excitement to the track. Build in loops and percussion to add that modern “produced” sound. Finally, add the icing to the cake by pre-mastering the final mix as you take a garage recorded rock song to a full on production that's truly Read to Pitch!
Includes 5 hours of hi-definition Quicktime movies, and a series of complete Pro Tools modern rock sessions!
